When you get in touch
Our enquiry form asks for your name, email address and event details. You can also share a phone number, your partner’s name and preferences for your booking. We use these details to answer your enquiry, check availability and arrange your event with you.
Our form service
Enquiries are sent securely to Splitforms, which processes the form and forwards it to our enquiry inbox. Your details are handled by that service as well as Heirloom Photobooth. You can read Splitforms’ privacy policy for information about its service.
What we keep
We keep enquiry and booking correspondence for the purpose of organising your event and maintaining our business records. Please share only the information we need to help with your booking.
Your event photographs
Your package includes a password-protected gallery. The delivery and handling of event photographs will be explained as part of your booking. Please keep the gallery password private and share it only with people you want to have access.
This website
We have not added advertising trackers or analytics cookies to this website. Our hosting and form providers may process technical information needed to operate and protect their services. Fonts are served directly with the website.
Questions or corrections
To ask about your information or request a correction or deletion, email hello@heirloomphotobooth.com.au or use our contact form and tell us what you need. We may need to retain some records where required for an existing booking or by law.
